Märkte und Globalisation
Detaillierte Studien der lokalen Pflanzenmärkte sind von großer Bedeutung, da sogar lokale Behörden beginnen, den breiteren Konsum von lokal geernteten Lebensmitteln und komplementärer Alternativmedizin zu fördern, wie z.B. während der Covid-19 Pandemie. Unsere Arbeit untersucht die Zusammensetzung der gesamten Markt-Flora von Ballungsgebieten in Georgien, Bolivien, Indien, Iran, Pakistan, Peru und Kolumbien und mögliche Veränderungen in den letzten Jahrzehnten, um eine nachhaltige und sichere Nutzung von Pflanzen zu fördern.
